How to Use

Diffuser / Oil Burner

Add 7–10 drops to water in a diffuser or oil burner.

Steam Inhalation

Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapour.

Chest Rub

Dilute with a suitable carrier oil and apply as a vapour chest rub.

Tissue Inhalation

Apply a few drops to a tissue and inhale as needed.

Bedroom Diffuser

Use in a room diffuser at night to create a soothing atmosphere.
