How to Use

1. Remove the test from the foil pouch immediately before use.

2. Hold the absorbent tip directly in your urine stream for 5–10 seconds, making sure it is fully wet.

3. Lay the test flat and wait for 3 minutes.

4. Read your results:

Positive (LH Surge): Two lines appear, and the test line is the same or darker than the control line.

Negative (No LH Surge): Two lines appear, but the test line is lighter than the control line or absent.

Invalid: No control line appears – retest with a new device.

When to Test

Begin testing a few days before you expect to ovulate, based on your cycle length.
